In 2020, Jon launched VIZZIO Technologies to reimagine the future of 3D modeling and visualization, developing an AI-powered platform designed to transform how we model and visualize the real world. Built on an AI-accelerated architecture, VIZZIO redefines traditional workflows by optimizing the creation of 3D digital twins with unparalleled efficiency, scalability, and precision. The platform enables seamless integration of advanced computational processes, reducing time-to-production while expanding access to high-fidelity 3D visualization across industries.

With over 27 years of entrepreneurial experience, Jon has co-founded multiple pioneering technology companies, including PICSEL Technologies UK (funded by SoftBank), Pixel Games, and LightMagic China. His ability to anticipate and capitalize on emerging industry trends has consistently resulted in innovative solutions that redefine market standards.

Jon is the author of hundreds of patents in software and hardware innovation, filed with the USPTO and China’s Patent Office (SIPO), underscoring his contributions to advancing VISION AI  that focuses on enabling machines to interpret and understand visual data such as images, videos, and real-world environments. It combines techniques from computer vision, machine learning, and deep learning to replicate and augment human visual perception capabilities.

In 2019, Jon achieved recognition as the 8th China Entrepreneur Competition Champion, earning titles as the Guangzhou Champion, Guangdong Provincial Champion, and ultimately the Overall National Champion, surpassing 37,000 companies from 33 provinces. In 2023, VIZZIO further cemented its position as an industry leader by being awarded silicon valley’s “THE INFORMATION - MOST PROMISING STARTUP - ASIA NO. 1.”

Jon’s passion lies in advancing AI innovation to enable immersive and interactive 3D experiences across industries. His work bridges the gap between advanced technology and practical application, empowering fields such as urban informatics, simulation, computational graphics, gaming, and education to harness the transformative potential of AI-powered 3D modeling and visualization.

John joined the Board of VIZZIO in 2021 and assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer in 2023, where he focuses on driving strategic growth and operational excellence. His career spanned 26 years at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he was Managing Director and Head of Southeast Asia Equities and a member of the Asia Pacific Leadership Team at Bank of America Securities.

John has lived and worked in New York, Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia leading numerous high-profile transactions, showcasing deep expertise in public and private equity, capital markets, and forged strong relationships within the global investment community.

In 2009, John founded Wisdom Tree Capital which collaborates with founders to maximise their vision and potential. He continues to hold board and advisory roles across several organizations. John earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management from the University of Western Australia.

Tristan was one of Vizzio’s earliest senior founding members. After taking a personal career break we are excited Tristan rejoined as Chief Commercial Officer. He is committed to delivering forward-thinking solutions, building strategic partnerships, and driving sustainable growth for Vizzio. His passion is leveraging technology to create transformational change and developing innovative strategies particularly in the security services sector.

He previously held senior management roles at CERTIS, Singapore’s largest security firm where he served as Head of Integrated Operations Centre and was also VP, Head of Public Security at ST Engineering. Additionally, Tristan was 16 years in the Singapore Police Force where he served as Deputy Commander of Security Command, Assistant Director Operations Command and Deputy Director of Public Transport Security at Land Transport Authority.

In the private sector, Tristan concentrated on the security technology domain, holding leadership roles at Soverus Security and GSafety (a subsidiary of Tsinghua University) developing innovative ops-tech solutions, delivering significant cost savings for private and public customers.

He holds a Master’s in Public Management from the NUS Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy and Harvard University, where he was on the Dean’s List, published a peer-reviewed paper on Water Terrorism (International Journal of Water Resources Development), and served as Class President.

Ning joined VIZZIO Technologies as Chief Product Officer, bringing a wealth of experience from his tenure at Tencent, where he played a pivotal role in the development of several flagship products. During his time at Tencent, Ning earned multiple accolades for his contributions to innovation and excellence, solidifying his reputation as a visionary in product development.

With a strong background in software engineering and a portfolio of patented inventions, Ning brings unparalleled technical expertise to VIZZIO. His leadership drives the design and enhancement of the company’s AI-powered 3D modeling and visualization tools, ensuring they remain at the forefront of industry innovation. By blending creative problem-solving with a rigorous technical approach, Ning is instrumental in shaping VIZZIO’s products to deliver groundbreaking solutions that address complex challenges across industries. His commitment to excellence and innovation ensures VIZZIO’s tools continue to push the boundaries of what is possible in 3D technology.

Dr. Hung joined VIZZIO Technologies as Chief Scientist, bringing over 20 years of expertise in electronics, intelligent systems, and image processing to advance the company’s mission of innovation. A distinguished graduate with a Ph.D. from Ritsumeikan University, Dr. Hung has spearheaded groundbreaking developments in AI-driven video analytics, 3D reconstruction, and satellite image analysis, establishing himself as a leader in the field of intelligent imaging technologies.

Among his notable contributions is the development of a highly precise 3D modeling tool for accident investigation, setting new benchmarks for accuracy and application in the field. Under his leadership, VIZZIO is achieving significant breakthroughs, leveraging his deep technical knowledge and vision to redefine the capabilities of intelligent imaging systems. Dr. Hung’s work continues to shape the future of AI-powered imaging, enabling innovative solutions across diverse industries and pushing the boundaries of what is possible with modern visual technologies.

Xiao Xin has played a pivotal role in fostering and strengthening relationships with enterprise clients and government partners, serving as a key leader on numerous high-profile regional projects. She has worked extensively with Government Ministries, Government-Linked Companies (GLCs), and globally renowned consulting firms such as McKinsey & Co, driving the delivery of comprehensive and impactful solutions tailored to diverse stakeholder needs.

Her deep expertise spans both business development and project implementation, allowing her to navigate complex challenges and execute strategies that ensure successful outcomes. With hands-on experience across multiple sectors, Xiao Xin brings a unique blend of strategic insight and operational acumen, enabling her to bridge the gap between vision and execution. Her ability to collaborate effectively across public and private sectors has been instrumental in delivering transformative results for clients and advancing the organization’s mission.

Hardy joined Vizzio as one of its earliest team members, bringing over 14 years of expertise in digital product engineering, project delivery, and customer success. His leadership has been instrumental in establishing the foundation for the company’s flagship projects across Singapore and the Middle East, ensuring excellence in quality, performance, and delivery at every stage.

Under his guidance, Hardy’s team consistently pushes the boundaries of technological innovation, crafting solutions that not only meet but redefine industry standards. Beyond his professional achievements, Hardy shares his passion for advancing technology through his YouTube channel, where he explores cutting-edge trends and inspires a wider audience to embrace the possibilities of innovation.
